
Meringue
The idea for producing meringue came from John who wanted to utilise the egg whites left over from producing ice cream. So, unlike other producers, our meringue is made with fresh egg white in the same way we have always made it for the family (John's idea but Mary's work).
By using the fresh egg white and British caster sugar we have developed an array of different shapes and sizes; but more importantly they are of a superior quality and every bit as good as any home-made meringue.
